Elena HendersonWorks

Elena Henderson was born in 1965, in city of Tula, which is located near
Moscow, Russia. In 1987 she had graduated from the Polytechnic University
with a Masters degree in Computer Science. She came to Canada in 1996,
settling in Toronto, Ontario. In 2009 she had obtained a degree in Design
from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Toronto.

Elena's work is well known for its sophisticated and elegant style and
very fresh colour palette. She uses her brush as powerful tool of
self-expression. As an artist she translates the surrounding world into
language of colour, to transform the emotions into graceful forms and
refined shapes and line work.

Use of brilliant colour schemes and intriguing texture make her art work
stand out and reflect the unique ability to create visual impact on the
viewer.

During the last ten  years, she has worked with many galleries across
Canada, U.S. and UK, while succeeding in numerous solo shows in galleries
across North America and Europe. Her work was purchased by numerous private collectors as well as Government of Canada purchased her recent collection for their Edmonton offices in province of Alberta. 
She currently resides and works as a full-time artist in
Orangeville, Ontario.
